If not completely satisfied with any item for any reason,
simply return the unused portion within 90 days from the date
of shipment for a full refund or exchange. For defective
remanufactured inkjet cartridges, laser toners and refill kits
simply return the unused portion within 90 days from the date
of shipment of merchandise for an exchange or a full refund.
NOTE: To ensure you are inconvenienced as little as possible, Ask4Ink.com will often send replacement products while waiting for the initially-purchased product to be returned. If the replaced item is not received by Ask4Ink.com, you will be charged an additional fee for the replaced item.
Any special promotional item(s) received for either discount or no cost from this web site in conjunction with purchased items must be returned along with the purchased non-promotional items. If the product is returned alone, a small charge for the free item will apply.
When returning a non-defective or a defective item, you must
include a note containing your Online_Order Number and a
request for replacement or refund. No returns will be accepted without a Ask4Ink.com Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number on the outside of the package beneath our return address and a copy of the original order receipt or packing slip enclosed.
Include your daytime phone number and email address. All
cartridges that are returned must contain at least 75% of the

Ask4Ink.com will not accept depleted items or items purchased from retailers other than Ask4Ink.com.
Returns for unneeded or wrongly ordered products may be subject to a 15% restocking fee
if refund is requested. All non-defective products must be in
original condition with all warranty cards, manuals, and
accessories enclosed. Please allow up to 7 business days after we receive your return for your repair, replacement or refund to be processed. All credits will be made within
7 working days to the credit card holder. Credit card companies can take up to 30 days to process a credit from a merchant.
