We are a customer service oriented company and we go an extra
step to make sure that you receive your order as soon as possible. You can place your order on our website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Once we receive your order, it is fulfilled and shipped within 24 hours. If you order on Saturday, Sunday, or on a Holiday, your order will ship the following business day. Once the order is shipped, we will email you the tracking information so that you know when it will arrive at your destination.
For your convenience, we offer three methods of shipping on our website:
- FedEx Ground / US Priority (FREE shipping for orders over $50, $5 for orders less than $50, delivery in 2-5 business days)
- FedEx / UPS 2nd Day Air (Discounted prices offered by the carrier, see below for details, delivery in 2 business days)
- USPS First Class (FREE shipping for orders over $35, $2-$5 for orders less than $35, delivery in 3-10 business days)
Ground / Priority Service
Package selected to be sent out via Ground / Priority Service is sent by either USPS or FedEx or UPS based on the delivery location and weight of the package.
Package to be delivered to PO Boxes, APO addresses, Hawaii and Alaska is shipped via USPS Priority Mail only. The delivery time for packages sent from our warehouse in Los Angeles, CA to your destination within United States is usually 2-5 business days as shown in the different colors in the map.
FedEx / UPS 2nd Day Air
Instead of charging a flat fee for 2nd day
air shipping, we offer our customers the
discounted prices that our carrier offers us.
2nd day air fees are based on
the weight of the package and the shipping
address. The charges are calculated
in the shopping cart once you have entered the items you need and your destination address. You only pay the bulk discounted rates available to us within United States.
USPS First Class Service
Package sent via USPS First Class Service within United States usually takes 3-10 business days for delivery based on the distance between the shipping address and our warehouse in Los Angeles, CA. You may check the tracking on your package at www.USPS.com. Please allow few days from the order date for USPS to update its tracking information on its website.
Shipments to Canada or Mexico
Order sent via USPS Priority Mail to Canada or Mexico usually takes 7-15 business days for delivery based on the distance and time the package is being inspected at customs. USPS does not provide tracking information for packages sent out via USPS Priority Mail to Canada or Mexico. Shipping charges are US$10.00 per shipment up to orders of US$100, Orders over US$100, shipping is FREE.
Shipments all other international destinations
USPS Global Priority Mail Service - US$45 per shipment up to orders of US$500
USPS Global Priority Mail Service - Orders of US$500 or more, shipping is calculated based on destination and weight of the package.
Disclaimer: USPS Priority mail / FedEx Ground / UPS Ground mostly deliver the package within 5 business days. We are not responsible for a delay in the delivery of an order, if the delay is caused by the carrier. If you haven't received your order in the suggested time period, we suggest that you please contact the carrier, give them the tracking # and they will trace/expedite the order for you. We reserve the right to cancel an order if we are not able to ship it for some reason. In that case, we will let you know and will give you a full refund right away.
